i don't claim to know anything about exercise and weight loss so please correct me, but everyone ive seen who's got lipo done has never lost the bulging skin from their arms. this was about 5/6 years ago, but even today you can look at her arms and tell that her body shape isn't naturally achieved. it was such bs that but athleisure and protein shake brands started approaching her. and then she had lipo done, within a month her appearance on ig drastically changed, she hid it by wearing baggy clothes for a while and later made the whole theme of her insta about how she lost weight doing yoga. and i mean genuinely, genuinely pretty and hot. she used to be really chubby back in the day but boy did she look hot. The reason i think its lipo because a cousin of mine used to date an influencer like 5 years ago or sumn, she was one of the earlier ones on the bandwagon who never really took off.
